Ultra Clean Aliminum Foil

The 9μm Ultra Clean Aluminum Foil is designed for lithium battery applications, ultra-clean aluminum foil undergoes acid washing during manufacturing to eliminate surface oil stains and micro-impurities, without any barrier coating on its surface. Unlike standard aluminum foil, it adopts far stricter production standards for thickness, tensile strength and surface cleanliness. Its production targets ultra-thin gauge, superior mechanical strength, ideal Dyna value and spotless surface condition.    

The 10μm Ultra Clean Aluminum Foil is a battery-grade aluminum foil , which goes through an acid cleaning procedure in production to strip residual grease and surface contaminants, and features zero barrier coating treatment. It has much tighter tolerance control over thickness, mechanical strength and surface cleanliness compared with ordinary aluminum foil. The manufacturing goal is to achieve minimized thickness, maximized tensile strength, optimized Dyna index and ultra-clean surface finish.  

The 12µm High Purity Aluminum Foil is used for batteries ,which undergoes an acidic cleaning process to remove oil residues and impurities during production, with no barrier coating applied. Compared to conventional aluminum foil, it imposes extremely stringent requirements on parameters such as thickness, strength, and surface cleanliness, aiming for the thinnest possible thickness, highest strength, optimal dyna value, and the most pristine surface quality.
