12+3+3µm Safety Primer Coating Foil have a dual-functional composite layer (conductive carbon + solid electrolyte safety primer) evenly on aluminum current collector foil. Safety Primer Coating Foil (FATP) integrates conductive and ion-conducting protection layers in one material. It suppresses dendrite piercing, boosts high-rate conductivity, cuts electrolyte side reactions and strengthens foil flexibility. Optimized for power & energy storage lithium cells, it simplifies battery production while greatly improving cell safety, cycle life and energy density.

The 12+3+3µm Safety Primer Coating Foil is primarily adopted in lithium-ion power battery systems. large-scale energy storage power stations and household energy storage batteries. It is also compatible with sodium-ion batteries and high-voltage lithium battery systems.
