12+0.6+0.6µm Carbon Coated Aluminum Foil is a composite foil fabricated by depositing a conductive carbon layer on the surface of electronic aluminum foil substrate, primarily used as a positive current collector in lithium-ion batteries. By reducing contact resistance, enhancing adhesion of active materials, and preventing oxidation and corrosion of the aluminum foil, it significantly improves battery cycle life, safety, and cell consistency.

It is primarily suited for lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries and targets customers requiring high-rate capability and long cycle life.
