The phase II carbon coating line has been complete! expanding BioPin production capacity.

To meet growing market demand and continuously enhance delivery capabilities, our company's Phase II carbon coating production line has been completed and officially put into operation recently.

Phase II of the project has added 4 advanced carbon coating production lines to our company, along with high-precision testing instruments and auxiliary equipment, forming a complete process control and quality traceability system. These new lines have designed annual capacity of 5,000 tons. When efficiently integrated with the existing capacity from Phase I, it doubles the company's overall carbon coating production capacity. We can now flexibly cover a wider range of product thickness and width combinations, ensuring more stable delivery for large-volume orders.
